What does RUNER MAKER sell?
RUNER MAKER sells access to desktop software workflow features and planned Generation Credit packs for accepted image workflow submissions. It does not sell standalone AI API access, model access, or transferable tokens.
What is one Generation Credit?
One Generation Credit allows one accepted image workflow submission inside RUNER MAKER. A workflow submission may generate or update an image according to the selected workflow settings.
Are credits guaranteed to produce a successful image?
No. AI-generated output is probabilistic and depends on the submitted assets, product information, third-party model behavior, and service availability. A submitted workflow may return an incomplete, blank, or unsuitable result.
Will credits be deducted if there is a technical error?
If the software reports a technical error before the workflow is accepted for processing, credits will not be deducted or will be restored after review. Once a workflow is accepted and submitted to generation processing, credits may be consumed even if the output is not commercially usable.
Does RUNER MAKER provide the AI model service?
No. RUNER MAKER is workflow software with built-in AI-assisted processing. Some generation steps may be processed by third-party AI infrastructure providers. We do not provide standalone AI model access.
Can I use generated images directly on Amazon?
You are responsible for reviewing every output before publishing. RUNER MAKER helps prepare image workflows and exports, but it does not guarantee Amazon policy compliance, listing approval, conversion performance, intellectual property clearance, or advertising approval.
Can I upload any reference material?
You may upload materials only if you own them or have the necessary rights and permissions. Do not upload or request content that infringes copyright, trademarks, privacy rights, publicity rights, or platform policies.
Can I create faces, face swaps, or celebrity-style images?
RUNER MAKER is not intended for face swaps, deepfakes, impersonation, or generation using a person's likeness without explicit consent. These uses are prohibited.
Can I transfer or resell my account or credits?
No. Accounts and Generation Credits are for your own use only. They cannot be sold, transferred, rented, shared, or exchanged for cash.
Do you offer refunds?
Unused portions of credit packs may be eligible for refund review if requested within 30 days of purchase. Used credits are not refundable. See the Refund Policy for details.
