Welcome to RUNER MAKER. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the RUNER MAKER desktop software, website, waitlist, Generation Credits, and related services (collectively, the "Software") provided by SoroSoro ("we," "us," or "our").

By accessing the website, joining the waitlist, purchasing credits, installing the Software, or using the Software, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use RUNER MAKER.

1. Product Description

RUNER MAKER is desktop workflow software for Amazon sellers and ecommerce operators. It helps users organize product photos and reference assets, enter product information, plan image sets, submit structured generation workflows, review AI-assisted outputs, perform mask-based local edits, manage version history, translate image text, and export image assets.

RUNER MAKER includes built-in AI-assisted features as part of the software workflow. RUNER MAKER is not a standalone AI API service, AI model provider, token recharge platform, digital marketplace, or account resale service.

2. Beta And Waitlist Status

RUNER MAKER is currently in private beta. Windows and Mac builds are being prepared. The website may allow users to join a waitlist before the Software is generally available.

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access, availability, pricing, features, delivery date, or acceptance into any beta program.

3. Software License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees when purchases are available, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use RUNER MAKER for your own internal business or personal ecommerce workflow purposes.

You may not sell, rent, lease, sublicense, transfer, share, distribute, or commercially host access to the Software, your account, or your Generation Credits.

4. Generation Credits

RUNER MAKER plans to offer one-time Generation Credit packs:

• Starter: $2 for 23 Generation Credits
• Maker: $5 for 58 Generation Credits
• Growth: $10 for 116 Generation Credits
• Studio: $20 for 233 Generation Credits

1 Generation Credit allows 1 accepted image workflow submission inside RUNER MAKER.

Generation Credits are non-transferable software usage units. They are not money, stored value, gift cards, cryptocurrency, securities, or transferable tokens. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash, cannot be resold, cannot be transferred between users unless we expressly allow it in writing, and cannot be used outside RUNER MAKER.

Unless otherwise stated, credit packs are one-time purchases and do not automatically renew.

5. Credit Deduction And Technical Errors

Credits are deducted for accepted workflow submissions. A workflow submission is accepted when the Software accepts the user-provided assets, settings, and request for processing.

If the Software reports a technical error before a workflow is accepted for processing, credits should not be deducted. If credits are incorrectly deducted for a confirmed technical error before accepted submission, contact support and we will review the case for credit restoration.

Once a workflow is accepted and submitted for generation processing, credits may be consumed even if the result is blank, incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, visually unsuitable, or not commercially useful.

6. AI-Assisted Output Disclaimer

AI-generated and AI-assisted outputs are probabilistic and may be unpredictable. We do not guarantee:

• Any specific image result.
• Successful generation for every accepted submission.
• Commercial usefulness.
• Amazon listing approval.
• Advertising approval.
• Marketplace policy compliance.
• Intellectual property clearance.
• Accuracy of text, specifications, translations, or visual details.
• Uninterrupted access to third-party AI infrastructure.

You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all outputs before commercial use.

7. Third-Party AI And Infrastructure Providers

RUNER MAKER may use third-party AI infrastructure providers, cloud services, payment processors, email services, hosting providers, or other vendors to operate the Software.

We do not provide standalone access to third-party AI models. Network connectivity, provider availability, queue time, model behavior, and returned results may vary and are not fully controlled by us.

8. User Content And Rights

"User Content" means any product information, text, photos, reference assets, brand materials, prompts, masks, files, feedback, or other materials you upload, enter, submit, or provide to RUNER MAKER.

You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant us a limited license to process, transmit, store, modify, and display User Content only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve RUNER MAKER and to operate the workflows you request.

You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights, licenses, consents, and permissions for the User Content you submit, including rights related to products, photos, packaging, brands, logos, trademarks, models, people, locations, style references, and other third-party materials.

9. Output Ownership

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and the rights of third parties, you may use outputs generated through RUNER MAKER for your ecommerce workflows.

We do not guarantee that outputs are unique, protectable, non-infringing, or accepted by any marketplace. Similar or identical outputs may be generated for other users due to the nature of AI systems.

10. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use RUNER MAKER to create, request, upload, process, distribute, or facilitate content or activity that:

• Violates any law, regulation, card network rule, platform policy, or third-party right.
• Infringes copyright, trademark, trade secret, publicity, privacy, or other intellectual property rights.
• Contains adult sexual content, sexual exploitation, or sexual content involving minors.
• Promotes violence, self-harm, abuse, harassment, hate, discrimination, or threats.
• Creates face swaps, deepfakes, impersonations, non-consensual likenesses, or content using a person's likeness without explicit consent.
• Misrepresents a product, creates deceptive advertising, fabricates certifications, or makes false claims.
• Generates regulated, medical, legal, financial, political, or other high-risk claims without proper authorization and review.
• Automates decisions about people or categorizes people in a way that creates legal or safety risk.
• Attempts to bypass safety filters, usage limits, payment controls, licensing systems, or credit accounting.
• Uploads malware, spyware, credential theft material, or unauthorized data.
• Resells, shares, rents, transfers, or sublicenses accounts, credits, generated access, or Software access.
• Uses RUNER MAKER as a general-purpose content generation service, AI API proxy, or model access resale system.

We may suspend or terminate access, block workflows, remove content, or refuse support where we believe these Terms have been violated.

11. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, device, credentials, project files, and exported assets. You are responsible for activity under your account unless caused by our failure to use reasonable security measures.

12. Payments Through Paddle

When purchases become available, payments may be processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record. Paddle may handle checkout, payment processing, tax calculation, tax collection, invoicing, receipts, fraud checks, payment-related customer support, refunds, and chargebacks.

The checkout may display Paddle's terms, privacy information, and buyer support information. Taxes may be calculated and added by Paddle depending on your location and applicable law.

13. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. In general, used credits are not refundable. Unused portions of credit packs may be eligible for refund review if requested within 30 days of purchase, subject to the Refund Policy and applicable law.

14. Updates And Changes

We may update, modify, suspend, discontinue, rename, reprice, or limit parts of the Software at any time. We may release beta features that are incomplete, experimental, or subject to change.

15. Intellectual Property

RUNER MAKER, including the software, website, interface, workflows, designs, branding, documentation, and related materials, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license granted in these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.

16. Restrictions

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, or create derivative works of the Software except where permitted by law.
• Bypass licensing, credit accounting, payment, security, or usage controls.
• Use automated systems to abuse, overload, scrape, or interfere with the Software.
• Use the Software to build a competing product or service by copying protected elements.
• Remove proprietary notices or misrepresent the source of the Software.

17. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to RUNER MAKER if you violate these Terms, create legal risk, abuse the Software, misuse credits, resell access, submit prohibited content, or engage in fraudulent activity.

After termination, your right to use the Software and remaining credits may end. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property, payment, refund, warranty disclaimer, limitation of liability, and prohibited-use provisions.

18. Disclaimer Of Warranties

RUNER MAKER is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and uninterrupted operation.

We do not warrant that the Software, AI-assisted features, third-party providers, generated outputs, translations, exports, or marketplace-related workflows will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, accurate, compliant, or suitable for your intended commercial use.

19. Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SoroSoro will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, lost goodwill, marketplace rejection, advertising rejection, product listing issues, business interruption, or third-party claims arising from your use of RUNER MAKER.

Our total liability for any claim related to RUNER MAKER will not exceed the amount you paid for the credit pack or Software access giving rise to the claim during the 3 months before the claim, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

20. Changes To These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Your continued use of RUNER MAKER after the updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
