Refund Policy

Thank you for your interest in RUNER MAKER. This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for RUNER MAKER Generation Credit packs when purchases become available.

RUNER MAKER is currently in private beta. If no checkout is available on the website, no purchase can be made and no refund process applies yet.

1. What You Purchase

RUNER MAKER plans to offer one-time Generation Credit packs for use inside the desktop application. Generation Credits are non-transferable software usage units for accepted image workflow submissions inside RUNER MAKER. They are not money, stored value, gift cards, cryptocurrency, or transferable tokens.

Planned early-access credit packs:

  • Starter: $2 for 23 Generation Credits
  • Maker: $5 for 58 Generation Credits
  • Growth: $10 for 116 Generation Credits
  • Studio: $20 for 233 Generation Credits

1 Generation Credit allows 1 accepted image workflow submission inside RUNER MAKER.

2. General Refund Approach

Because RUNER MAKER provides digital software usage units and workflow submissions may involve third-party AI processing costs, we generally do not provide refunds for credits that have already been used.

However, if you purchase a credit pack and decide that RUNER MAKER does not meet your needs, you may contact us within 30 days of purchase to request a refund review for the unused portion of your credit pack.

3. Eligible Refund Requests

A refund request may be eligible if:

  • The request is submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • The purchase was made directly through our official checkout.
  • The credit pack has unused credits remaining.
  • The account has not violated our Terms of Service or prohibited-use rules.
  • You provide enough information for us to identify the purchase.

For partially used credit packs, only the unused portion may be eligible for refund review. Used credits are not refundable.

4. Non-Refundable Items And Situations

The following are generally not eligible for refund:

  • Credits that have already been used for accepted workflow submissions.
  • Refund requests submitted more than 30 days after purchase.
  • Accounts involved in resale, sharing, abuse, fraud, chargeback misuse, policy violations, or prohibited content.
  • Requests based only on dissatisfaction with a specific AI-generated output after the workflow was accepted and submitted for processing.
  • Blank, incomplete, inaccurate, or commercially unsuitable outputs where the workflow was accepted and submitted for processing.
  • Credits transferred, resold, or obtained outside the official checkout.

5. Technical Errors And Credit Restoration

If RUNER MAKER reports a technical error before your workflow is accepted for processing, credits should not be deducted. If credits are incorrectly deducted for a confirmed technical error before accepted submission, contact support and we will review the case for credit restoration.

Network interruptions, third-party AI provider availability, and AI model behavior may affect generation. RUNER MAKER does not guarantee uninterrupted connectivity or successful AI output for every accepted workflow submission.

6. How To Request A Refund

To request a refund review, email support@sorosoro.cc with:

  • Your purchase email address.
  • Your Paddle order ID or receipt information, if available.
  • The credit pack purchased.
  • The number of credits used, if known.
  • The reason for your request.

We may ask for additional information to verify the purchase and review usage.

7. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method through Paddle where possible. Processing time may vary depending on Paddle, your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

Taxes, currency conversion, payment provider rules, and local legal requirements may affect the final refund amount or processing timeline.

8. Mandatory Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
